My time at WMU has allowed me to work with a variety of people across the organization, but none has been more professional in their work, knowledgeable in their field, or unflappable in their demeanor as Bradley. Most of my interactions with Bradley were through WMU’s Web User’s Group, where Bradley provided much needed insight and direction on working with the University website and CMS to a group of individuals with drastically different skill sets and knowledge bases. His ability to explain complicated technical issues, keep individuals and teams on task, and provide reliable, inventive solutions to a never ending array of problems were essential to the success of the University’s website and CMS implementation. Bradley’s expansive knowledge of web and graphic design is reflected in his work, and his ability to manage tricky interpersonal communication is second to none. His charismatic and open approach to sharing knowledge and educating individuals on web design and development has helped many, myself included.
